Open Innovation is a way of crowdsourcing problem-solving. This works especially well given the thousands of students and SKs who have to identify, design and implement projects as part of their school work or barangay work.
Leaders and LGU decision-makers can harness the collective intelligence of their constituencies by sharing visions and problem/opportunity sets online and inviting stakeholders to co-create solutions.
